Unfiltered.
Unhinged.
Strength training for real women with real lives, real stress, real bodies and real limits.
For women 35+ who are new to training, returning to training, or feeling lost without a proper programme.
I didn’t grow up sporty.
I hated PE, hated sport, and spent most of my life convinced the gym wasn’t for someone like me.
Then, just before I turned 40, I found strength training and everything changed. Not just my body, but how I felt in it. Stronger. Steadier. More like myself. That’s the whole reason Feral Fitness exists.
I’m Stacey Adams, and I’ve spent over 20 years working in health and wellbeing, in the NHS, managing a health improvement team, leading as a public health manager, and running sexual health and mental health services for communities.
I’ve supported people through some of the hardest, messiest parts of life, and I’ve learned that real change doesn’t come from shame, pressure, or a perfect plan. It comes from the right support, a bit of structure, and someone who actually gets it.
I’m a qualified coach and mentor, ILM Level 5, with a person-centred approach built on behaviour change, not motivational quotes and crash plans. On the fitness side I’m a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor, currently completing my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. So you’re in safe, knowledgeable hands.
Feral Fitness is the brand I wish existed when I started. It’s for real women who lift, swear, sweat, pull faces, don’t wear makeup to train, have bellies, soft bits and cellulite and are getting it done anyway.
No fake fit-girl energy. No shrinking yourself. Just strength, confidence and proper coaching for women 35+ who are ready to take up space.
Not basic PT. No bullshit.
Feral Fitness is built for women who need more than a generic plan and a motivational quote. The coaching approach is grounded, realistic, and backed by broad experience across health, wellbeing, behaviour change, education, and training delivery.
That means the support goes deeper than counting reps. It is about helping women build strength safely, learn what they are doing, stop second-guessing themselves, and create routines that actually work in the middle of busy, messy adult life.

More than a sweaty session and a high-five.
Because this is not built on surface-level fitness chat. Feral Fitness brings together training, coaching, education, health knowledge, and behaviour-change experience to create a stronger kind of support for women who want more than a sweaty session and a high-five.
The goal is not to make women smaller, quieter, or more obedient.
The goal is to help women take up space, feel capable in their bodies, and train in a way that is sustainable, powerful, and theirs.
You do not need to be ready first.
You need a starting point, a solid plan, and coaching that does not make you feel like a failure for being a human being.
